Saratoga Day.
Everyone has a story.

A day for friends, family and anyone who wants to share memories of Saratoga Restaurant.

Once the new venue opens, May 12 each year will be set aside for Saratoga Day—a gathering to remember the restaurant and the people who made it a Lexington legend.

FRIENDS, FAMILY, STAFF & REGULARS

Come remember.
Come listen.

The owners, the servers, the kitchen staff and the regulars all helped make Saratoga special. Saratoga Day will be a place to share those memories and keep the stories alive.

Whether you worked there, shared a meal there, grew up hearing about it or simply want to learn, you will be welcome.

May 12 will be reserved for Saratoga Day and unavailable for private rentals.

WHY MAY 12?

A building lost.
A story carried on.

The original Saratoga building at 856 East High Street was demolished on May 12, 2000. The newspaper photographs captured the roof coming down, the nearly empty dining room and the damaged entrance.

Saratoga Day gives that anniversary a new purpose: bringing people together around the memories that survived.
